Founder & CEO
Liz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 10:10 Strategy, a national IPO and business strategy consulting firm based in Austin, Texas. She is also an Independent Board Member for multiple companies including FireFly Automatix in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Previously, Liz was the Managing Director of New Listings and Capital Markets at Nasdaq. She worked with private companies on the planning and execution of IPOs, SPACs, deSPACs, and Direct Listings.
With more than 25 years of business consulting and capital markets experience, Liz has worked with hundreds of companies that were positively impacted through the strong operations, finance, legal and people-oriented initiatives her teams have delivered.
Since 2018, Liz has worked with over 135 companies on successful new listings, representing over $117B in market value, including some of the highest-profile IPOs in the world.
